Nicole’s philosophy is rooted in recognizing individual pieces and patterns to understand the body as an integrated system and to identify the root cause of dysfunction. This philosophy is informed through the completion of a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Nicole is working on strengthening her skills with her advanced training in Acupuncture at the Virginia University of Integrative Medicine, where she is currently completing her Master’s degree in Acupuncture. As a dual practitioner, she hopes to offer comprehensive and supportive care to more complex health concerns.

In her spare time, Nicole is dedicated to developing and realizing her body’s full potential. With nearly ten years of competitive gymnastics experience, movement has long been a cornerstone of her life. Among other races, she has completed the Marine Corps Marathon and the Baltimore Marathon. 

A homebody at heart, she occasionally travels when her Grammy-winning husband is on tour (just to the cool places) but much prefers being at home with her two bulldogs, Bingley (14.5) and Ussa (6).

Nicole is a professional member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
