Rachel Kim, MAc, L.Ac, Dipl. Ac (NCBAHM)

Rachel is a NCBAHM national board-certified acupuncturist, licensed in the state of Virginia. Her patient care is centered around her belief that every person can experience a better quality of life when they have a holistic view of their mind and bodies. In her clinical experience so far, Rachel has seen positive results in the treatment of sleep disturbances, gastrointestinal upset, neurological conditions, and pain management, among others. She also has a special heart for supporting women's health.

After attaining her B.A. in Cognitive Science at the University of Virginia (wahoowa!), Rachel received her Master of Acupuncture from Virginia University of Integrative Medicine in 2025. She is currently finishing her second Masters in Herbal Medicine as well as a Doctorate of Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine. Committed to widening her clinical proficiency beyond school, Rachel has also received training in Oncology Acupuncture through the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, as well as provided community acupuncture at Bread for the City in Washington, D.C. Rachel is also an active member of the Acupuncture Society of Virginia (ASVA).

When she is not seeing patients, Rachel enjoys reading, dabbling into different crafts (her current fixation is cross-stitch), and visiting new food spots and cafes.

Rachel is also fluent in Korean.
